My Reply to the ONAC call to action                                                                                                          4/30/2015

 

First, allow me to introduce myself: I am Marcus de la Houssaye, spiritual medicine man of the Catahoula Native American tribe. If you have never heard of my tribe, maybe that is because it is not recognized by the federal government, but do not dismay, I DO NOT RECOGNIZE THEM! (Open the file and see my Affidavit of Denial of Corporate Existence!) And I will explain WHY I do NOT recognize them a little later on.

Second, I want to thank each of you who are members of ONAC for allowing me to be here and to take a stand and fight with you as brothers and sisters to defend OUR WAY OF LIFE. We who respect and honor our Mother are all brothers and sisters because the Earth is our Mother individually and collectively.

I am story teller and a writer, here to serve and in that capacity to share a gift that I have been given which is not mine to keep, but to share with you here and now, and to pass on to future generations.

 I am aware of your struggle with these illegal attacks from government AGENTS.  But ARE YOU aware that our present legal struggles and that of our ancestors for over the last 523 years have one thing in common? OK, I know where you are going, but before you go off course, it is NOT white people! I am trying to be funny here and you can laugh, as I am a comedian. But, truth be told: it is contracts CREATED by EVIL people being used against us because we do not know the rules of contract law, or how to play the game. In America today, contrary to what you may believe, at every level and branch of government, it is all about corporations, AND THE CONTRACTS BETWEEN THEM.

BTW, the same SYSTEM was used against our ancestors with great success, and here we are today suffering the same abuses in the same system. The point being: are we ever going to learn how to RISE UP and take responsibility for CREATING the contracts between us and them, and bring OUR PUBLIC SERVANTS up to OUR LEVEL where we are identified as native born American sovereigns standing on the land of our ancestors, and we rule over them?

 Or, on the other side, we can continue to consent to contracts CREATED BY THEM, and they bring us down to their tyrannical CORPORATE level? I know I will lose some of you here, but I will try to be brief. We were born as sovereigns over government, but the birth certificate is a corporate title to our body created by a corporation called UNITED STATES. And legally speaking if we agree to be identified by that name on the birth certificate, that ‘looks like our name’, BUT is not because it is spelled with ALL CAPITAL LETTERS, they who created ‘it’(the birth certificate) legally can claim and act like they own us.

However, all is not lost if you will bear with me. For a contract to be valid and enforceable, it must have three elements, and meet three demands: 1. Both parties must have knowledge of the terms. 2. Both parties must consent. 3. And last: the consent must be voluntary.

OK, did you know the birth certificate was a title to your body? Strike 1 

… did you consent by contract to be a slave of a corporation called the UNITED STATES? Strike 2

And, if you are now being forced BY AN AGENT with a gun to be a subject of corporate tyranny: Strike 3

By law if any one of the three elements is missing or any one demand is not met, the contract is null and void at INCEPTION! Only one need be defect, and here we have ALL THREE? Legally speaking: the contract does NOT exist and thus they don’t own us. They have no power and authority, except that which we give them, thus in order to maintain control over us, they operate in force and violence.

 

By and in the power and authority invested in me, I honor our Mother the Earth and I declare that the Great Spirit gave us a garden and told us to guard it, to tend it, to keep it, and to use all the resources therein in the service of our Great Father, and our earthly brothers and sisters. This is our right and it can be claimed, exercised, defended, experienced and interpreted in many ways, but for now let me be specific and I will keep it simple. In regard to cannabis, I believe it is the tree of life mentioned in Revelations 22; 1,2,14, and I do have a right to life, and even life more abundant than agents of a corporation can even begin to imagine! Thus, I have a right to cultivate, use, keep, and share as: a spiritual sacrament, a medicinal healer, a source of income, an oil for fuel, and a fiber for clothes and shelter. I have this right, NOT because some AGENT of a corporation called UNITED STATES says I do, but because I SAY I DO on contracts I filed at the Secretary of State Office. I AM the living sovereign master in relation to CORPORATE public servants because I CONTRACT, SPEAK and ACT like a sovereign and NOT A SERVANT. Therefore, I am not a SUBJECT of their corporate tyranny where they make the rules and subject me to them for profit.

 I believe the experiment we call America today was started two thousand years ago by a young lawyer walking around Palestine, whose true story has never been told by the church any more than the true history of our native people has been told by the news, entertainment and education media.

“For where the corpse is, there the eagles will be gathered together.” Matt. 24; vs. 28

Translation: “For where the corporation is, there the legal eagles will be gathered to feast upon your flesh and finances.”

He also said; “The truth shall set you free.” Which goes without saying: the fiction shall enslave you.

 

As my Father the Great Spirit is alive AND sovereign, so am I.

 

Always remember: our rights come from our father, the Great Spirit, and NOT from the state.

And in that understanding and capacity, our rights can ONLY be respected or violated. They are NOT created, nor granted by government agents, and thus cannot be taken away by government agents.   

 I am here to serve if possible in creating a shield to protect us from these attacks by corporate government agents. My success in this service depends on you studying and learning a new WAY to live where you control your identity, liberty, freedom, production, and CONTRACTS!

I AM A SOVEREIGN spiritual living being, as an individual and I CREATED A SOVEREIGN NATION when I recorded my Act of State as an apostille in April 2012. My existence is defined as a spiritual being dwelling in a flesh and blood body and “it” lives off the land, gathering wild foods, cultivating, and sharing in the abundance of our bountiful Mother Earth. I say ‘it’ because my body is MINE and I own it, yet it is NOT me, as I am a son of the most high, the Great Spirit, and as my Father is spiritual so am I. My father is sovereign, and above all man made things, so am I sovereign and above all man made things including  man made laws that ‘they’ created and attempted to force on me. The only way I can be a willing subject of corporate tyranny is by contract.  And if they ATTEMPT to force it on me, that is a crime that THEY can be punished for.

Next time, I want to talk about how I exist because I am a REAL, living being, and a corporation does NOT exist because, legally speaking it is a fiction, but I will stop here for now because this is already a lot of information for some people to process. This problem we are dealing with has been going on a long time before white people showed up in America: “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge.” Hosea 4;6

I will close with a warning: THIS INFORMATION MAY BE HAZARDOUS TO BAD LAWS AND EVIL PEOPLE.

Courts may not welcome or approve of these truths, neither are they to be construed as legal advice.

Therefore, to act on these facts is to do so at your own risk or opportunity.

Just because I am an American sovereign who is exempt from corporate control, and has not had a driver’s license, vehicle registration, inspection sticker, or corporate insurance for almost three years does NOT MEAN that I have not suffered harassment or suggest that you should do it.

But it might mean that IF I with only a high school education can do it, so can you. And that is your choice to make, if you are ready to be truly free of corporate control and TYRANNY.

One of the corporate policy enforcers who attempted to capture me as a runaway slave and return me to slavery on the corporate plantation commented that I have always been a rebel.

And I replied: ”Rebelling against what, tyranny?”

“You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments;

rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws;

rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe.”

Time to Stop Complaining about "the problem" and we be the solution we seek.

 

Nothing has been held more fundamental to the supremacy of law than the right of every citizen (or sovereign American) to bring the unlawful actions of government officials into criminal trial in the ordinary courts of the common law.

A breach of trust? Sure, let me get LEGAL with you.

Briefly, our true relationship to government is a PUBLIC trust relationship based upon CONTRACT.

 

Currently, agents of US, Inc. have breached the CONTRACTED trust relationship of the people's implied consent to be governed.

 

Nothing has been held more fundamental to the supremacy of law than the right of every citizen (or sovereign American) to bring the unlawful actions of government officials into criminal trial in the ordinary courts of the common law.

 

Why? …Simple, because:

 

Whether it be the original constitutional republic or the present cabal controlled corporation, UNITED STATES, Inc., any form of government requires the consent of the people.

 What you didn’t consent to this? Wait, I feel your pain, and I know the truth hurts, but YOU DID!

And… your consent is not evidenced by voting in ANY election!

How this consent is procured is what reveals AND determines if a government is honorable or not.

 

On earth today, all governments are tyrannical and fraudulent, within Equity Law as supported by Natural Law, because they fail to disclose the full facts which are required for an honorable consent to be given AND LAWFULLY ENFORCED by contract.

 

In Equity Law as supported by Natural Law, an honorable consent, in order to validate AND bind a contract, requires full disclosure and transparency by BOTH parties, so as to be 'on the same page' about what each is AGREEING to.

This is known as EXPLICIT consent, because it requires a clear and concise affirmation of what is being agreed to by both parties.

Any deception by either party is a BREACH of the original CONTRACT/trust relationship, AND ANY TIME FRAUD taints a commercial contract it is null and void at inception, and corrective action must be taken to protect the damaged party from fraud AND FUTURE DAMAGES.

Implied or tacit consent is AN UNLAWFUL form of CONTRACTING employed by governments the world over.

 

When government makes a claim, that you are incompetent and an enemy of the state, such as:

 “Trading With the Enemy Act”, Sixty-Fifth Congress, Sess. I, Chs. 105, 106, October 6, 1917,

and as codified at 12 U.S.C.A. 95a., it creates a presumption and becomes a cured fact under Equity Law.

 

This cured fact can then be used (by them unlawfully!) to create an agreement between you and the government "allowing them" to manage your affairs for you.

 

 For example, if a friend comes over to your house and begins taking food out of your kitchen to eat without your permission, unless you tell them to stop, your friend will assume you agree, because your inaction implies consent of his action.

 

 

 The cabal controlled corporate (UNITED STATES, Inc.) government, despite being fraudulent due to the secret ATTEMPTED takeover of the constitutional republic, still has a mandate to rule from the people.

 

And that mandate is: public apathy!

 

The people's inaction, in the face of A CONTRACTURAL breach of trust:

a) validates the CORPORATE legal presumption of our incompetence

(because we never objected and explicitly stated otherwise), and

b) literally gives them LEGAL consent, by us, to continue in all of their plans for ENSLAVING and managing the people as a corporate owned private property.

 

 The solution is simple.

 

 We must stand up, notify them of their breach of trust, and most importantly, notify (or educate?) all those who have LEGALLY consented by their inaction; the sleeping masses. Or should I say: America, the sleeping giant? More on the giant later…

 

You see, we the people entrusted public officials and thus we empowered and authorized them to operate on our behalf as trustees.

Serving and protecting US means ABIDING BY and in the LAW, and not just enforcing it on us!

 

When ANY public official crosses the border into criminal activity, it is NOT ONLY OUR RIGHT, it is our duty to stop them from causing harm to others.

 

Because we empowered and authorized them to act in the first place, which is to say we CREATED THEM, THUS we the people ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THEY DO TO OTHERS WITH THE POWER WE TRUSTED THEM WITH.

 

ALSO, CONSIDER THIS: If we created them, we OWN THEM. Well, WE pay their salary, right?

And doesn’t receiving benefits FROM US, demand performance FROM THEM? How do like the service?

Unless of course you consider government workers (who don’t work) to be welfare recipients.

And if you like to complain about how the government pays “those people who don’t work”, then you can complain about these too!

 

 

 

 

Isn't it time OUR public servants started regarding us as their sovereign masters?

 

Well, that's NOT happening, until we start acting like sovereigns!

 

The Real Criminals

 

1. Look up the Public Laws governing Citizen’s Arrest in your state. Get ready to use them.

2. Now, let’s pretend we set up a system of “naming conventions” and that the following rules apply:

 john –quincy: adams = a living American endowed with all his natural rights

 John Quincy Adams = a foreign situs trust used in commercial shipping

 JOHN QUINCY ADAMS = a foreign estate trust

 John Q. Adams = a public transmitting utility company

 John q. Adams = a public foundation

 JOHN Q. Adams = a cooperative

 JOHN QUINCY ADAMS = a boat or ship used in public commerce

 JOHN QUINCY Adams = a commonwealth trust

 J. QUINCY Adams = a slave owned by Exxon Corporation

 J.Q. Adams = a foreign pauper forbidden to own land

 Adams, John Q. = a taxpayer

 ADAMS, JOHN Q. = a soldier

 adams, john q. = a slave

 

 

There are dozens of different potential meanings that can be arbitrarily assigned to anyone’s name and used to “represent” radically different entities.

 

 In a verbal conversation we can talk all day long about someone or something named “John Quincy Adams” and which john quincy adams or what kind of JOHN QUINCY ADAMS will never be known, except from the context of the conversation.

 

But on paper the use of such a system instantly defines what or whom is being talked about.

 

And.. if you know the system, it can be used to great advantage for profit.

 

This is a system that the lawyers, bankers, and politicians have been using to label, define, deceive and enslave you.

 

The use of this system is a crime known as “personage”.

 

 By arbitrarily creating an Estate trust named after you (BUT WITH ALL CAPITAL LETTERS) and claiming to own this thing they created,

…they have falsely claimed to own you and your assets and to literally buy and sell “you” on the stock exchanges, (via the BIRTH CERTIFICATE)

…ship “you” out of ports, (in ADMIRALY/MARITIME jurisdiction courts) and tax “you” for doing things you’ve never done. (via the IRS)

 

 

After all, there is no law against enslaving an ESTATE trust, is there?

 

Or arresting a slave?

 

Or charging a tax on importing revenue to Puerto Rico? (IRS is domiciled in Puerto Rico)

 

Hand in hand with personage comes “barratry” which is the crime of knowingly filing or bringing false claims into court.

 

So what happens every day all across America, when charges are brought against the ESTATES of “dead men” who are standing right in front of the judge and prosecutor?

 

Barratry, which is a crime that is appropriately named after the “Bar Association”.

 

3. Look at the front page of any law suit that has been filed in America for the past eighty years and there you will have proof in your hand of both personage and barratry being committed against the individual people falsely named as “DEFENDANTS”.

 

 The defendants are being deliberately labeled and thus misidentified as a foreign OWNED estate trust which is named after them on the birth certificate (but with all CAPITAL LETTERS).

As a result of this fraud, the "defendants" are suffering the crimes of both personage and barratry.

 

4. Spread this explanation of the situation throughout the world.

 Take it to the military provost marshals and the highest ranking state police officers, to the sheriffs, and the deputies and the traffic cops, to the mayors, to the politicians responsible, to the bankers who have seized your bank accounts under the same false pretenses.

 

5. Go in large groups, peaceably, but with grim determination.

 

Take your video cameras and tape recorders and stand ready to use Citizen’s Arrest against any public official who does not agree to assist you in shutting down the “court” system and arresting the (elected by who?)“District Attorneys” and “judges” and others who have participated in this grotesque fraud.

 

Demand that the bankers agree to correct their records and honor your ownership of your private property which has been deposited in their banks in good faith.

 

6. If any public official presented with this information refuses to help you, arrest them and hold them to face charges before a Citizen’s Grand Jury composed of twelve honest men who own land in your county.

 

 If the Sheriff of your County refuses to do his duty when confronted with this information, arrest him, and elect a new Sheriff pro tem to serve in the office until proper elections can be held.

 

In this sense there really is no grey area, either you are working for the cabal by implied consent or you are acting to undo the CORPORATE tyranny by un-consenting.

 

Literally every action we take is either a move towards freedom or an acquiescence to slavery.

 

Every time we see the police state coercing another with a speeding ticket, a dishonorable arrest, or violence, we are consenting by doing nothing.

 

How the un-consenting behavior looks from either side takes on many forms, for instance I have been driving legally and lawfully for many years without a license, registration, insurance and inspection.

Bear with me, I am NOT a US citizen, and what do you know about foreign jurisdictions?

 

 

On the one side, it looks like I don't "respect the law" and I am rebelling against authority. Right?

However, on the other hand if the "so-called authorities" are violating the public trust by breaking the law, and I found out about it, then they are NO LONGER in authority over me evidenced by their criminal actions. Why? Because, I do NOT CONSENT to the subjection of criminals even if they are wearing a badge and a gun!

So, I can (and did!) expatriate from US Inc., and once again I can and DO live free of corporate control.

Therefore, I am a patriotic and HONORABLE rebel, who is as a duty resisting CORPORATE tyranny!  

 

But the point is: As long as you are willing to suffer abuse by corporate policy enforcers, nothing will change except it will only get worse. Therefore you must decide if you, like I, have had enough and are willing to accept that some form of action must be taken, whether IN private STUDY and internalized from within, by learning and educating one's self

…and/or by going public and SHARING THE TRUTH with others so as to build a support network of awake American living beings who are willing to take a stand for greater corrective actions.

 

Until we the people which is the TRUE government of America, start taking LEGAL, lawful corrective action, nothing will get better.

Did you know that the sleeping giant in Jack and the Bean Stalk is actually representing the American people?

And if Jack traded the family milk cow for magic beans so he could steal the giant’s goose that laid the golden egg, guess who Jack represents?

 Ever hear of the Union Jack? BTW: it is a flag (of a foreign nation)…

But, I am NOT going tell you which nation because I want you to start thinking for yourself.
